After placing an order, you will receive a Proforma Invoice by email. There are two alternative methods of payment for purchasing products from our online store: 

• Wire Bank Transfer  
• PayPal    
• Credit cards / Paypal.  

Payment is made through Credit Card or PayPal. This way, you can use a credit card (or debit card), with all its convenience and security, through a secure and encrypted system. Paypal is the safest and internationally recognized payment gateway. You can use this portal or use your credit card. Utilizing your credit card ensures maximum security of your card transactions. All of your personal information is encrypted (including Credit Card Number, Name, and Address), so there is no way for it to be read or altered during the internet transaction. Hikari Scissors does not save or record any of your Credit Card information in its system. Thus, the transactions you make by Credit Card are perfectly safe. 

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay for my order?

No, you can pay with credit card.

Wire/Direct Bank Transfer

In case you wish to use the Wire/Direct Bank Transfer please include the order number you have been provided in the comments of the transaction and send us an email at [email protected] with the wire transfer details. As soon as our bank clears the funds we will start handling your order. 

Which credit cards are accepted with PayPal Merchant Services?

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.

Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are:

• Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
• Debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry.

Transaction Security 

Our first priority is the integrity and confidentiality of the transactions with the customers of our e-shop. For this reason, we have taken all the necessary measures.

SSL Certificate

The website https://www.hikariscissors.com.gr uses SSL certificates to ensure that your personal data and all the transactions that take place between you and the e-shop are perfectly safe.

Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Greek Law 2251/1994, as modified. You need to fill in the special form with the necessary data in order to enter into the sales agreement.

Encryption

From the very beginning until the completion of your on-line session, all your personal information is encrypted under the 256-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) encryption protocol. Every time you send information towards the system, your browser first encrypts the information using the 256 bits key and then sends the information to the system. The system decodes the information using the same key (which is predetermined at the start of your connection to the service) and then goes on to process the information. The system sends you information using the same encryption procedure.
